Individual therapy

Individual Therapy

One-on-one support for immigration trauma, family enmeshment, identity fragmentation, and finding contentment (not happiness) while carrying multiple worlds.

"She told me straight up: 'Your 97% didn't mean great job, it meant what happened to the other 3%?' Someone finally named what I'd been living my whole life. I'm not anxious - I'm traumatized by academic pressure."

What We Work On:

  • Eldest daughter syndrome and family roles
  • Immigration trauma and cultural identity
  • Burnout and "success" that feels heavy
  • Boundaries with family and community
  • Anxiety, depression, and life transitions
  • Relationship patterns and attachment

Session Details:

  • 50-minute sessions, weekly or biweekly
  • Sliding scale: $0-150 per session

Healing circles

Community Healing Circles

Monthly gatherings that blend therapy with community organizing. We process the world together and plan how to change it.

"I met her at the encampment. When I said 'Isn't mixing politics with therapy unprofessional?' she said 'Pretending mental health is apolitical IS political. It's a politics of complicity.' Changed everything."

What Happens:

  • Group processing of current events
  • Healing practices from various traditions
  • Community building and mutual aid
  • Planning collective action and support
  • Food, art, and connection
